Pelican Watch Privacy Notice

Beacon and Shield Solutions LLC d/b/a Pelican Watch

Effective date: November 5, 2026 · URL: https://pelicanwatch.ai/privacy

This notice explains, in plain English, what information Pelican Watch collects, how we use it, and who helps us process it. It works alongside our Subscription Terms (v1.2), especially Sections 5 and 13. If this notice and the Terms differ, the Terms control.

Pelican Watch provides educational AI best practice briefings and suggestions to businesses. Nothing in this notice or in our Services is legal, compliance, or security advice.

1. Who we are

Beacon and Shield Solutions LLC is a Florida limited liability company (document number L25000225133) doing business under the registered fictitious name Pelican Watch (registration G26000149806).

Contact: beaconandshield@gmail.com · 6031 Chandelle Cir, Pensacola, FL 32507.

2. How the service is run: AI agents with human oversight

Pelican Watch is run day to day by AI agents. They draft and send briefings, recommendations and service emails, answer routine questions, and handle subscription administration. The owner of the business supervises them. The owner sets the rules the agents follow, makes decisions on pricing, Terms changes and eligibility disputes, and checks any briefing that names a real company, person, case or regulator before it goes out.

3. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run the Services:

We don't use advertising trackers or sell ads on our website.

4. Information you must not send us

Please do not send client or customer names, matter or file details, document contents, health information (including PHI), financial-account, Social Security, driver's license or other government ID numbers, passwords, credentials, keys, logs, system screenshots, or anything else you must keep confidential.

If we receive this kind of information anyway, we set it aside right away and don't use it in any content, delete it, and tell you we deleted it. We are not a HIPAA business associate and we don't sign business associate agreements.

5. How we use information

6. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services, and only for that purpose:

Where a provider's product allows it, we tell the provider not to use your information to train its models. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to a successor of the Pelican Watch business if the Terms are assigned (Terms Section 16).

We do not sell your information.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your choices and requests

To ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy question, email beaconandshield@gmail.com. We may need to confirm that you're authorized to make the request for your business. We'll respond within a reasonable time, and within any time the law requires. If you think a briefing gets a fact wrong about you or your business, see Section 3A of the Terms (Corrections and Removal Requests). We respond to those within 10 business days.

9. Security

We use reasonable measures that suit a small, data-minimized service. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send confidential information.

10. Businesses only

The Services are for businesses, not consumers, and are not directed to children.

11. Governing law

Florida law governs this notice, as set out in Section 15 of the Terms.

12. Changes

We may update this notice. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date and, if the changes are material, tell subscribers by email.

Educational guidance only. Not legal, compliance, or security advice.
