Before you subscribe: All prices are in USD and billed monthly in advance. There is no setup fee. Taxes are added where they apply. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term, then continue month to month. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime online through the billing portal or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, or at the end of the minimum term if that's later, and we confirm it by email. See the Subscription Terms, Sections 7 and 8.

We can't serve utilities or other critical-infrastructure operators; hospitals and health systems; government bodies or school districts; banks, other financial institutions, or health insurers; certain government contractors; or IT/OT vendors to those businesses.
